We operate our business in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds the quality standards set by our Customers. The Company is committed to continuously improving our processes thereby enhancing the quality of our products and services.

Company will always strive to:

  • Identify the changing needs and expectations of our Customers;
  • Maintain  processes and procedures which ensure that these changes are commodated;
  • Provide services on time;
  • Provide an employment environment where continuous improvement is encouraged;
  • Train all employees to act in accordance with the requirement of this policy.

STS has established Quality  Objectives to achieve continual improvement and their implementation will be reviewed  periodically. The Quality Policy is also periodically reviewed to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the changing needs of the organization.
